Its electronics suite is designed to permit this unit to approach enemies in relative secrecy, but enables missile equipped units to obtain weapons lock more quickly. A serious close quarters threat, the Dragon should be targeted with long range weapons if possible, and under no circumstances should it be allowed to penetrate defensive perimeters. One minor complaint that combat pilots have expressed with the chassis is the prominent cockpit window supports, which can partially block vision.
