== Creating a New Custom Mech Page ==

Created a new custom mech page is easy. 
*Copy the code in the box to the right
*Type the name of the mech page you want to make, something like; Mauler "Boomer"
*Paste the code into the blank page.
*Fill out the sections as you would a form

When you are done, just press save page at the bottom of the page. Read over your page and edit it if you see something you don't like or you can edit it later.


If you want to get fancy, you can group you custom mech into special sections, just add the following tags the bottom of your page:<br>

You can upload your variants to the server so others can download and use your variant with having to re-create them from scratch
*To to the [[Special:Upload|upload]]s page
*Press the "Browse" button and navigate to the "\mektek.net\Mechwarrior Mercenaries - Mektek Mekpak\RESOURCE\VariantsMTMP3" folder.
*Select the file for the variant you want to upload and press open
*You may enter a description or leave the fields blank. Press "Upload" at the bottom.<br>
*The next screen should be the screen where your file is located (<nowiki>File:filename.mw4</nowiki>)<br>
*To link to that file in your custom mech page, use this tag: <nowiki>[[File:filename.mw4]]</nowiki><br>

You can always find your file on the [[Special:ListFiles|[Special:ListFiles]]] page or type "File List" into the search bar.
